President Joe Biden has canceled a scheduled appearance in Las Vegas after testing positive for Covid-19.

The president was due to speak at the delivering remarks at the UnidosUS Annual Conference in Las Vegas.

Biden reportedly told organizers that he had not wanted to put attendees at risk, in a phone call shortly before.
